At our second visit to the Caledonian Canal, the club had some of its best racing yet this season. Following some strong racing for our Senior 4+ coming 2nd in their race, Saturday saw the first use of our 8+‘s with our Novice Women.
On Sunday, the club met with even more success, with some excellent results in small boats including a win for Ida O’Mahoney and Beth Forrester in our Novice Women’s Double and a 3rd place from Oliver Bohle in a very competitive Novice 1x. A special mention goes out to our Novice Men’s 4+ who had one of the best races of the season and only just missed out on a win.
